Talkify now works with GymMaster

Your AI phone agent can check the class timetable, book members into classes, and book rooms and equipment, all live in your GymMaster system.

If you run a gym or a studio, you know the calls. What classes are on tonight. Is there space in the 6am. Can I get the reformer on Thursday. They come in all day, and every one pulls someone off the floor to go and check the system.

Talkify now connects directly to GymMaster, the all in one gym management software, so your AI phone agent can handle those calls itself, live from your real timetable and bookings.

What the integration does

When a member rings your gym, Talkify can:

  • Check the class timetable, reading your live GymMaster schedule and how many spaces are free
  • Book a member into a class, and cancel a booking, right there on the call
  • Book rooms and equipment, like recovery rooms and reformers, from your available slots
  • Recognise the caller, matching their phone number to their GymMaster membership so it knows who it is talking to

It is all live in GymMaster, not a separate copy. A class booked on a call shows up in your system straight away, and the spaces free are always the real ones.

What that sounds like

A member rings after hours. Talkify recognises their number, tells them the 6am HIIT class has three spots left, books them in, and texts a confirmation. Another rings to grab the recovery room on Saturday, and the agent finds the open slot and reserves it. No one on your team had to touch the phone or the keyboard.

Your front desk should be looking after the people in the building, not reading the timetable down the phone. Talkify takes those calls so your team can stay on the floor.

Built for how GymMaster works

GymMaster is hosted per club, so the integration connects to your own GymMaster with your API key, entered once in Talkify. The booking tools are opt in, so you choose when your agent starts taking and making bookings. Reading the timetable needs nothing more than your schedule being live.
